Playing Coltrane was an exciting passion project to create after my friend finished writing his book. Taking on multiple roles as a producer, director, and sound operator during the 4-hour shoot was a challenging but rewarding experience. Collaborating with a DP we only had a team of two on set, but we were able to capture what we needed in a four shoot. It’s always fulfilling to work on project that is close to my heart and align with my interests.
